    Individual Therapy

Come as you are. Work towards who you’re becoming.

Life can feel overwhelming, even when everything “looks fine” from the outside. Whether you're facing anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, or navigating a major life transition, individual therapy offers a safe, collaborative space to explore your experiences and reconnect with your inner strength.

At Embolden Wellness & Counseling, I work with adults to unpack the mental load, rewrite unhelpful patterns, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, grounded, and manageable.

    Areas of support often include:

    Anxiety and chronic stress

    Perfectionism, people-pleasing, and burnout

Life transitions, grief, and identity shifts

    Self-worth, boundaries, and confidence

💬 Sessions are available in-person in Watertown, WI or virtually anywhere in Wisconsin.

    Counseling for Teen and Adults

Support at every stage of becoming.

Whether you’re a teen navigating high school stress, a twenty-something questioning your path, or an adult juggling family, career, and identity—it’s normal to feel overwhelmed. Life rarely follows a straight line, and each season brings its own challenges.

Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and realign. I work with clients across the lifespan to untangle anxiety, strengthen coping, and reconnect with their sense of self.

My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and identity-inclusive. I support clients exploring gender identity, sexuality, coming out, navigating religious or cultural tension, and healing from discrimination or internalized shame. You deserve a space where all parts of you are welcome.

    Clients often seek support for:

    Anxiety, overwhelm, and chronic stress

Life transitions, identity shifts, and grief

    Family conflict or relationship challenges

    Motivation, self-worth, and boundary setting

    School, work, or career stress

    Whole-Person Wellness

Therapy isn’t just about what’s wrong. It’s about what’s possible.

At Embolden Wellness & Counseling, I believe healing happens when we care for the whole self, mind, body, and spirit. Our work together is collaborative and values-driven. I’ll bring therapeutic tools, insight, and support, but you bring your lived experience, wisdom, and goals. You are the expert of your own life, and therapy should reflect that.

I integrate evidence-based therapies like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strengths-Based Counseling, alongside holistic elements like movement, mindfulness, values work, and bibliotherapy.

This full-spectrum approach helps you reconnect with your sense of purpose, access your strengths, and build a life that feels aligned and authentic. Our work can be as creative, structured, gentle, or active as you need it to be.

Because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all—and neither are you.

Care Without Constraints

As a Licensed Professional Counselor–In Training (LPC-IT) in Wisconsin, I do not bill insurance. While this may feel like a barrier at first, choosing private-pay comes with meaningful benefits. Without the constraints of insurance, we have greater flexibility in how we structure your care, focusing on your goals, not just a diagnosis. We can tailor the frequency, duration, and type of support to fit your unique needs, rather than meeting a one-size-fits-all requirement. It also allows us to protect your privacy and keep your mental health records solely between us, unless you choose otherwise.

I also believe that finances shouldn’t be the only thing standing in the way of getting help. That’s why I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots, available on a trust-based system. If cost is a concern, let’s talk—together, we can explore options that make care feel more accessible.

Together, we can create a space for healing that’s guided by what truly matters to you, not by what’s required on a claim form.
