A Human Approach to Therapy
This is collaborative work.
You’re not being led, pushed, or “treated.” We figure things out together, with you setting the pace an direction.
Insight is the foundation, not a buzzword.
We focus on understanding patterns, reactions, and experiences in a way that actually makes sense, so change feels grounded rather than forced.
Support that meets you in real life.
We focus on strategies you can actually use when emotions run high, thoughts spiral, or life feels overwhelming. What we work on here is meant to support you outside the room, in moments that actually matter.
Ways We Can Work Together
Support that meets you where you are and helps you move forward with intention.
Individual therapy
This is a space to slow things down, get curious, and make sense of what’s been weighing on you, whether that’s anxiety, burnout, grief, identity shifts, boundary struggles, or a sense of being disconnected from yourself. Together, we focus on understanding patterns and experiences with compassion, so insight becomes something you can actually use in your life.
Therapy for teens, young adults, and adults
I work with teens and adults navigating stress, transition, and feeling stuck, including moments when things feel manageable on the outside but overwhelming on the inside, or when everything feels like it’s falling apart. This work is collaborative and identity-affirming, meeting you where you are while helping you move forward with intention.
Couples and family therapy
When relationships feel strained, disconnected, or stuck in the same patterns, therapy offers space to slow the cycle down. We work toward deeper understanding, clearer communication, and more supportive ways of relating ,especially during seasons of change or stress.
A whole-person, collaborative approach
Our work is guided by curiosity, insight, and real-life application. I draw from evidence-based approaches including ACT, CBT, narrative therapy, mindfulness, movement, and values-based work, not as rigid techniques, but as flexible supports we shape together based on what actually fits you.

About the Work, and the Person Behind It
I grew up in this community, and my heart is rooted here. I know how much it matters to feel understood, supported, and genuinely seen, especially when life feels heavy or uncertain.
My work is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own life. Therapy isn’t about fixing you or telling you who to be. It’s about creating space to explore what’s happening, build insight, and move toward change in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
I bring curiosity, steadiness, and structure to the work, while honoring the messy, complex, very human parts of being alive. Together, we focus on understanding what’s getting in the way and building support that actually helps you show up differently in your life.
You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. We start where you are.
