For teens and adults moving through change, identity shifts, or times of uncertainty.

Change can feel exciting, overwhelming, disorienting, or all of the above. From adolescence and young adulthood to caregiving, career shifts, parenting, and loss, transitions often bring stress, self-doubt, and identity questions.
Therapy offers a space to slow down and make sense of what’s shifting. Together, we’ll clarify what’s happening, process what’s hard, and move forward in ways that align with your core beliefs. When life gets heavy, you don’t have to carry the burden alone.
