When everyone needs you…

Who supports
you?

You’re here because you’ve been strong for everyone else… but struggling inside. Let’s talk about what that feels like and where to start.

No Pressure. Just Conversation.

Life can feel heavy when you’re the one everyone relies on, when you keep pushing through, and when you haven’t had space to breathe or be seen in a long time. You may be disconnected from what matters most to you, not because you’re weak, but because you've been strong for everyone else. Therapy can help you reconnect with yourself, make sense of internal conflict, and start building a life that feels like yours again

You’re strong for everyone else, but feel worn down or disconnected inside

You keep going, even when things feel heavy or overwhelming

Taking care of yourself is always at the bottom of your list

You’re not sure what you need anymore… just that something has to change

You’ve been carrying the weight of the world and your own stress at the same time

You’re ready for support, even if you don’t have all the words yet

You might be in the right place if…

“So what actually happens when I reach out?”

The first step is simply a conversation.

We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you’re hoping for, and whether working together feels like a good fit before you commit to anything.

Therapy is not about fixing you or telling you who to be.

It’s about creating space to slow down, get curious, and reconnect with yourself.

Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, what matters most to you, and what’s getting in the way of the life you want to live. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, offer tools and perspective, and help you notice patterns or strengths that may not feel obvious right now.

You set the pace. You bring the lived experience.

My role is to listen, support, (gently) challenge, and be a steady presence as you build clarity, confidence, and meaningful change — from the inside out.

This work might look like:

  • Sorting through what truly matters (and what doesn’t)

  • Writing your story — and making sense of the experiences that shaped you

  • Exploring identity, roles, and life transitions

  • Confronting parts of the past with support and compassion

  • Learning how to sit with emotions instead of pushing them away

  • Crying, laughing, and feeling fully — in a space where all of that is welcome

  • Noticing patterns that keep you stuck, and practicing new ways forward

  • Reconnecting with your strengths and sense of self-trust

  • Finding ways to cope with a world that can feel heavy right now

  • Infusing creativity into the work, when it feels supportive and fitting

Just a chance to connect and see if this feels like a good fit.

From My Couch To Yours

A glimpse at how I think and why it matters

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re not even sure how to put into words what’s been feeling off. In my Notes from the Couch videos, I share some of the common questions and struggles I hear in my office — around identity, emotions, and wanting a life that feels more aligned. Think of this as a small, low-pressure way to get a feel for how I approach this work.

Clients often tell me they feel seen, understood, and more connected to themselves after just a few conversations — and that getting started felt easier than they expected.
